Rosaleen ‘Rose’ Anna Moran was born on June 26, 1943, in Kildare County in Ireland to Robert and Teresa (Grace) Moran.

Rose met Gordon Grey while he was stationed overseas in Ireland and they were united in marriage on February 23, 1966, and together they had one daughter, Jackie Grey. Rose and Gordon traveled all over through his military career, so Rose took charge of taking care of the home and her family. They continued to travel together in their younger years.

Rose loved her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, flowers, listening to Irish music, and playing BINGO. She was an avid coffee drinker and shop-a-holic; she loved QVC.

Rose is fondly remembered as a simple woman with great love for her family.

Grateful for having shared Rose’s life are her daughter, Jackie Grey; grandchildren: Chris Grey, Amanda (Carson) Hardie, and William Bayne; great-grandchildren: Benson Beck, Audrey Grey, Gannon Hardie, and Adrian Grey, Caroline Hardie/

Preceding Rose in death are her husband of 60 years, Gordon Grey and her parents, Robert and Teresa Moran.
