Raymona Mabel Weron, 87, of Aberdeen, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016, at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD.

Raymona was born May 23, 1928, in Java, SD to Jacob and Margaretha “Maggie” (Schorzman) Weber, the tenth of eleven children. She grew up and attended school in rural Bowdle and Selby, SD.

Raymona married Peter Weron on December 30, 1947, at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in Bowdle, SD. They farmed near Bowdle for several years before moving to a farm north of Roscoe, SD in 1958.
