- The presiding minister was Pastor Neil Hannahs of Northern Plains Baptist Church
- The emcee for the event was Georgia Smith
- Musical horn group, Merry TubaChristmas & Kurt Smith provided the music.
- Volunteers who helped with folding programs and serving lunch were Samantha Huber, Denise Huber and Kathy Zirbel.
- Distributing the wreaths are officers from the Aberdeen Legion Honor Guard including CTR3 Navy Officer Christopher Reide
